“UNITAMS. Civil Society Needs Asses Report Launch”

The office of the support to civilian protection (UN joint human rights office launched the report of civil society organization and entities working on human rights and civilian protection, the roundtable discussion workshop facilitated an interaction on monitoring , documenting and collecting data on human rights violation.

The report workshop covered strategy on technical support such as training on advocacy, witness and victim protection , self protection, exchange learning program , local aid support to victim and support with medical to provide services and documentation.

The lack of data and trusted information on human right violation as well as evidence collector’s and witnesses on victims protection, most importantly who commits those violations and wither they are held accountable, the partners of the UNITAMS such as the Netherlands embassy ,EU , USAID and others have also talked on possibilities of facilitating and improving the state of human rights .
